Inform our friendly staffs if you are allergic to any chemical or substance before the services.
Inform the salon manager if you have any concerns relating to our services.
If you think there is a problem with your nails, please notify us within 24 hours after the services, we will fix them without any charge. We guarantee to fix any problem within a week.
We will NOT be responsible for any breaking, lifting or infected nails after 10 days.
We will NOT offer any refund due to change of mind or after the guaranteed period.
We will re-do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, please notify us immediately after we have performed the services.
Our goal is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.
When you walk out of the salon, you agree that you are satisfied with the services provided.
